This package includes up to three successive action plans over 36 hours (accessible over a 12-month period) that identify opportunities and challenge areas. You and your GrowthWheel® certified business advisor will use this assessment to pinpoint and generate opportunities to fast-track your company’s growth.

Our Mentoring Service focuses on the business owner to help them hone their interpersonal skills. All of our mentor-mentee matches are confidential and based on mutual respect.

Our mentors are experienced entrepreneurs and business people who have ‘been there, done that.’  They are accredited by Réseau M and voluntarily offer their time on a regular basis. Mentors share their experiences and insights in order to help mentees better assess specific situations and to help them develop their entrepreneurial skillset. By sharing their knowledge, mentors provide a safe platform for the mentee to reflect and develop such skills as critical thinking, problem solving, and organizational and communication skills among others.
