Wood Collective is the grouping of Outaouais Wood Products Manufacturers. As a cluster of excellence, Wood Collective accompanies and supports its companies in the development of their strategic capacities.
To do so, we organize and finance activities and projects which touch our four strategic orientations:
Notoriety and Mobilization - Building a strong image of the forestry sector among people and stakeholders
Markets - Guiding our businesses to markets outside Quebec (market research, marketing plan, trade shows, others)
Competitivity - Improving the competitiveness of our companies by focusing on innovation and R&D (Industry 4.0 approach, prefabrication, automation, others)
Workforce - Attracting, recruiting and developing a quality workforce for the wood industry.
