About Us
Created in March 2015 and supported by the Ministère de l’Économie, des Sciences et de l’Innovation (MESI), the Centre de transfert d’entreprise du Québec’s (CTEQ) mission is to address the issues of management succession, business staging, and business transition.
CTEQ advisors, operating province-wide, accompanies transferors and transferees every step of the way in order to ensure the quality and integrity of the transition process and to foster the sustainability of businesses.
CTEQ offers five (5) distinct services :

It takes two to eight years to complete the process of business transition, create the optimum exit conditions for the transferor, and see new management take over successfully.
L’Index : a plateforme to connect transferors and transferees
Finding the ideal successor is the tallest task exiting business owners must face. L’INDEX is a confidential computerized referral system for bringing together transferors and transferees.
